Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer two flexible options for returning your items:
Within 30 Days of Purchase: You may return any item purchased within thirty (30) days to receive a full refund.
Within 30 to 90 Days of Purchase: You may return any item within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days to receive a Dive Outdoors store credit.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be provided as store credit.
Returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, with the price tag intact.
Ensure all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any free items that came with the purchase are included.
Wetsuits, Rash Guards & Bathing Suits
For wetsuits, rash guards, and bathing suits, the returns/exchanges policy applies under these conditions:
Items must not have been worn in the water.
They must be returned in new condition with the original tags attached.
Wetsuits should be returned folded or rolled to avoid creating permanent creases. Please do not crumple wetsuits during returns.
