 Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer two flexible options for returning your items:

  • Within 30 Days of Purchase: You may return any item purchased within thirty (30) days to receive a full refund.

  • Within 30 to 90 Days of Purchase: You may return any item within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days to receive a Dive Outdoors store credit.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be provided as store credit.

  • Returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, with the price tag intact.

  • Ensure all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and any free items that came with the purchase are included.

 

Wetsuits, Rash Guards & Bathing Suits

For wetsuits, rash guards, and bathing suits, the returns/exchanges policy applies under these conditions:

  • Items must not have been worn in the water.

  • They must be returned in new condition with the original tags attached.

  • Wetsuits should be returned folded or rolled to avoid creating permanent creases. Please do not crumple wetsuits during returns.
